Recently I scored business class flights to Hawaii for eleven dollars and twenty cents. And I’m going to show you exactly how I did it. Because this gave me so much more money to be able to explore the islands, splurge on hotels and activities and just have one of the best trips ever. And yes, I’m going to show you how I got the miles to make this flight happen. I took a quick flight from DC to Dallas and then my long haul flight started from Dallas to Honolulu. Now this is an eight hour flight direct. These are lie flat business class seats. You get an amenity kit with lotion, toothbrush, earplugs. These are the cute little lie flat seats that you get. And here is the menu of food being offered. Now I’m not a picky eater, but this sun dried tomato tartare was elite. It’s probably one of the best dishes I’ve had in the sky. The ravioli was okay, wouldn’t be my first pick. Definitely wouldn’t order it again. But they did bring back the sundaes and they had macadamia nuts in them. And yes, I did raw dog this entire 8 hour flight. My total for this flight was 115,000 American Airline miles and eleven dollars and twenty cents. And here’s how you get those miles. The fastest way to accumulate miles in my opinion is card sign up bonuses. I recently had a city card with 100,000 miles sign up bonus and My second favorite way is airline loyalty. I only fly American Airlines and their partner airlines and each flight earns me miles for future flights.
