When I’m better at work and when I get promoted, I get more money. After about two or three promotions, somewhere in that range, you are promoted into a management or leadership role. Many times you were not properly trained. And so all of a sudden, this influence, this position that is coming along with a nicer paycheck, it becomes this thing that sucks the life out of you and it traps you.
