One sentence reviews of some of the books I’ve read recently. One of my new favorite romances of all time. Definitely not a thriller, but a really great general fiction mystery. Potentially my favorite banter that I’ve ever read in a book. This series is just not my favorite. This had middle book syndrome. And by that I mean it feels like the in between book between two really phenomenal books. This kind of feels like the bridge. I will forever adore Ashley Poston’s writing. Absolutely poetic. I think I’ve read this all before and I didn’t like the ending. Yes. Oh to Taylor Swift. But to give some more context, this felt like copy paste. It happened one summer. An absolute emotional roller coaster. A super great mix of romance and magical realism that will have you laughing out loud on one page and crying on the next. A new auto buy author for me. A little bored in the middle, but overall a great read. Side note I definitely need to read the X Vows, her newest book, cause I’ve heard great things.
