Quick and Delicious Turkey Stir Fry: A 30-Minute Healthy Meal

Start by mincing four cloves of garlic and dicing half of an onion. I’m telling you, chopping your veggies is gonna be the hardest part of the recipe. And the best part is you can buy those pre chopped if you. Once your garlic and onion are chopped, get a medium skillet out, heat it up and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Place your diced onion in that heated skillet along with 1 pound of ground Turkey. While your ground Turkey is cooking, cut up your broccoli into bite size pieces. Add your broccoli and shredded carrots to your pan with three fourth cup of water. Put the lid on and let those cook until they’re soft. While your veggies are cooking, take a fourth cup of your water and two tablespoons of your cornstarch and mix them together. Add your coconut amino sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, lime juice and your cornstarch water mixture to your ground Turkey and let it cook until it’s nice and thick.
