Enchantingly Emerald: Wickedly Delicious Ozian Treats with Betty Crocker

Welcome back to my kitchen, Oz fans. Today I have a special treat for the wicked fans. To celebrate the upcoming wicked films, Betty Crocker has released some delicious Ozian treats that you can make at home. This cookie dough pop kit is a mix to reveal kit. You’ll either get enchantingly emerald or perfectly pink. And because these use heat treated flour, these are completely safe to eat raw. No baking required. The kit comes with everything you’ll need except butter and water. Even after opening the box, it’s a little bit of a mystery what we’re gonna get here. So let’s see. First, we’re going to melt our butter in the microwave for 45 seconds. We’re going to put our cookie dough pop, mix butter and water into a medium bowl, and as our ingredients begin to mix together, it’s clear we’re getting enchantingly emerald today. Next, we’re going to thoroughly mix this together with our rubber spatula. Really getting that blended, and wow, is that green vibrant. I popped it into the fridge for 15 minutes to let that dough set. And next, we’re going to take our melting wafers, we’re going to put them in a clean, small, microwave safe bowl, and we’re going to melt them in the microwave for 45 seconds. Be careful when taking it out. This will be hot. We’re going to stir that up until it’s nice and smooth. And now we’re going to roll our cookie dough balls. You can Do this by hand. I’m using a cookie scooper to help. Now’s where we’re going to get messy. We’re going to roll these in the wafer mix until they’re all covered up. There is no clean way to do this. Next, we’re going to sprinkle them with our glitter and pop the cake pop sticks in. You’re gonna Wanna pop these in the fridge for a few more minutes to let them get nice and solid. These are treats that defy gravity.
