by now you’ve probably heard that the Republicans filed a lawsuit to end the Parole and place program so you’re wondering should you even still apply is there a point in applying what’s gonna happen to your applications if you’ve already filed it here’s the tea if you wanna apply and you haven’t already done so you need to go file that application asapually even if you don’t have all the 10 years of evidence that you need because a filed application is better than no application filed at all we don’t know if there’s going to be an emergency injunction but you wanna stay ready so you ain’t gotta get ready so even if you don’t have all 10 years of your evidence you should strongly consider filing that application because you can always go back in and add evidence at a later time but if they do cut off accepting applications and your application is not in you’re gonna be SOL
