This Surface Pro came in with a known problem. You hit a power button and all you got is a flashing Windows logo. My client needs the data. So we should just crack it open and see what’s going on with this thing. And to open it, you gotta heat it up. Luckily I didn’t break it. And here it is. And now we’re gonna water board it with some flux so it can give up its secrets. And then when that was done, we went to test it and it’s booting up. That would be job done and a happy customer. And the client also provided us with the recovery key which we need for the bit locker. That’s it.
