Van Conversion: Transforming a Camper – Part 1: Layout Design, Rust Repair, and Upgrades

Hello, everyone, and I hope you’re having a great day. Today we’re kicking off a new project transforming a camper van. In part 1, we’ll take a look at the before photos of the van and figure out a basic layout. We’ll start by addressing some rust issues before moving on to installing a roof, fan, windows, and a subfloor. I’m aiming to complete this series in about three or four parts because I want to keep it concise and engaging for those who are really interested. That being said, I believe there’s a lot of awesome DIY content in this project, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Yeah, nice. And now the final task of the day is to install the wheel well covers by screwing them down to those spacer blocks and also to the floor. Yeah. You know that feeling when you get. When you’re like, I’m forgetting something, but also it’s the end of the day, so you just like, eh, I’m sure it was nothing important.
