Finding Your Niche: A Guide to Creating Smarter, Not Harder

My name is Kimberly Shanay, and I hope people bring their ideas to life by creating smarter, not harder. So what we’re gonna do today is help you find your niche. Okay, so the way that I found you is doing a little bit of research, okay? I was going through TikTok, the search bar, seeing which people could not find their niche. And why am I doing that? Because my goal is to help 100 people make their first dollars. So as far as content, we’re gonna start with you, Katie. Okay, so I happen to find this comment on a different creator’s page. I won’t tag her because I don’t know if she wants to be mentioned. Now, when I go to your page, I see this is the last video that you posted about what type of content you would create if you were an influencer. But I am here to tell you, you do not have to be an influencer to solve a problem. Now, TikTok has this feature where you can click this button and filter to the most popular video. And your most popular video happens to be about stay at home moms. Okay, converting over to a stay at home mom. This video has over 5,000 views and over 300 likes. That sounds like a pretty Good niche to me. Sounds like people are interested. Now, I’m not sure if that’s something that you would like to talk about, but to give you an idea of what you can do with this niche, let’s hop over to chat GPT because what we’re creating, smarter, not harder. Let’s go. We’re gonna go into ChatGPT and open up Digital Dawn and click I don’t have a knee. So to get us started, it’s gonna ask a few questions about niches that align with our interest and market demand. So it gave us three different ideas for a target audience. When it comes to stay at home moms, you can do your own research. You don’t have to go exactly off of what ChatGPT says. But the first one says new or soon to be stay at home moms. It also gives us the pain points and challenges, as well as goals and desires of the specific target audience. So one pain point is feeling overwhelmed by the transition from work to home. One goal is creating a structured daily routine that balances family and personal needs. And then below that gives you the digital product ideas that you can create based on these problems, goals, and the target audience. So as you can see, the first one is an ebook, The Ultimate Guide to transitioning into a stay at home mom, balancing life, family, and personal goals. There’s also an idea for an online course, a membership site, Printable planners, blog or podcast. So you can go with any of these ideas. Lastly is an idea for a freebie. So a free checklist or planner for your target audience. Now, this doesn’t stop there. You can actually have it. Hash out an outline for these products.
