I want you to be very careful when you’re reading job ads cause so many people miss this see how it says apply with your resume in word format the same with this job and this job and this job and many more you’re literally ruining your job prospects if you’re applying with a resume that looks like this or like this and like this even this one those resumes are not in word format they are in PDF and their creative style resumes the one behind me can be considered as an ATS resume but when they ask for a word format it means word format if you’re not reading the job ad it shows you got poor attention to detail and it looks like you just rage applying maybe the case but don’t get upset when you’re not getting callbacks cause you’re not listening to clear instructions so if you’re going to use a word format style resume make sure it looks something like this because the top bit will be taken off that’s why I say it’s better just to have one general ATS resume that you can apply in both word and PDF format because when they do ask for a word format they take your personal details off and they put their letterhead on
