Alex Rowe commented on my video and other creators videos in regards to the trademarking rumour and I want to specify that she commented on my video where I literally played the clip from the Dewey no them podcast explaining the email they received and Alex commented this is simply not true and I’ve seen this comment from Alex under other posts in regards to the trademarking rumour I do have some questions Alex because the do we know them podcast the forum page for the do we know them podcast that has no affiliation with the podcast also posted what they received from Alex’s team and my question to Alex is they literally received the same thing so I’m finding this really hard to believe that this is simply not true so these two woman that originally received an email did speak with variety and this is Jesse Smiles in Lily Marston’s statement to variety and they say while we cannot speak to the legitimacy or existence of any trademarks or copyrights we can confirm that we received an email from an entity identifying itself as a web sheriff this entity claimed to act as the rights agent for Alex Earl and had written the email to notify us of 11 different alleged infringements and violations the email was signed by John E Henahan who asserted under penalty of perjury that he is either the intellectual property rights owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owners of the exclusive rights that are allegedly infringed and this is from the do we know them podcast sub who has no affiliation with the podcast and they say we do not know if this is her lawyer because it was sent by a user and an email address like Jesse and Lily received but the structure that the girlies showed was oddly very similar they took a full screenshot of what they received and yes very similar to what the podcast owners received a listing of the same infringements and violations and look at that the same attorney John E Hinahan on behalf of a web sheriff and just like the podcast owners had shown in their video here it says trademark and general reservation of rights Alex Earl does have a pending trademark that was filed on July 25th, 2024 around the same time that people started talking about the ask F m comments that they had found Alex Earl is trademarking her name that’s fine the timing of the trademarking 100% suspicious also taking the time to comment on videos in regards to the trademarking rumours showing that you will have your followers slash minions come to our page and flood our comments when you could have made a video yourself addressing this prove to us how this is all lies and false instead you just wrote a story that will go away in 24 hours and just tell us yeah that’s a lie but I do find it hard to believe that did you email them podcast and a subreddit that has no affiliation with them received the exact same email maybe Alex didn’t know about this email that her team had sent but still Alex watched the videos in regards to this she saw what they said she could have asked questions to her team
