Enhancing Wellness: Compression Socks for Travel and Yoga Practices

So I bought something else off of TikTok shop. And it was actually first for my husband because he was complaining that he was experiencing swollen legs after his flights to different locations because he works for the government. So I bought him these compression socks from azuni. And then um, I did some research and I started practicing yoga again, um. Or self practice because I’m a certified yoga instructor and um. My whole body is sore. Because if you haven’t done it for a while, you. You know, if you do yoga that. If you take a break and you hit the mats really hard, um. Especially with Astanga yoga, um, your. Your. Your legs especially, um. Get really sore from the new postures and relearning all these postures and straining your muscles and like, lengthening your muscles for flexibility, all of that. So I bought myself a pair and um. They’re actually really great. So these compression socks are 85% nylon and 15% polyester, which is a great blend because um. They are very soft, breathable and have moisture wicking properties so you don’t get sweaty feet because no one wants that. Um. But compression socks overall improve blood flow by applying gentle pressure to the legs to offset blood accumulation and helps the blood flow back to your brain. And it also helps with calf swelling and soreness. Super comfortable.
