Fluffy and Delightful: Croissant Breakfast Casserole Recipe

I love, love a breakfast casserole, and this one was just as amazing. This is a croissant breakfast casserole, and it was so delicious. So I’m just gonna chop up some croissants, I’m gonna add some bell pepper and onion to a skillet, and one tube of sausage. Just gonna let this cook down, and then I’m gonna add some eggs to my bowl, gonna season that with salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of milk. Just gonna whisk this well, then pour over my sausage mixture. And, you know, it’s not a breakfast casserole without cheese, so gonna add some cheese in there. Gonna mix this well, then I’m just gonna butter up my baking dish and gonna add my croissants to the bottom, just like that. Gonna pour over the mixture, and then I’m actually gonna go through, spread this even, and start picking up their croissants so they’re sitting more on the top, just like that. And so it comes out looking good and delicious. When I tell y’all, look how fluffy that came out. This was so good. You need to try it.
