1 to 1 training. Who would prefer to have 1 to 1 training? That’s a view, guys. Okay, I wouldn’t. I’ve done it and I’ve tried it here. One to one training means, quite simply, one mistake, one question. What we get in a group like this is five other mistakes and five other questions. Things that you’ve never thought about, things that you probably never would do today, but you could do in a few weeks time and not realise you’re doing it. What happens is with five of you, I get the opportunity to correct one of you, which means the other five benefit your growth. And your learning curve is like this, okay? Because of everybody else’s mistakes. So when you step up and you think, oh shit, everybody’s watching me, good, right? Because you’re helping them just like they help you. So this number of six people for us is a really clever dynamic. It’s been thought about a lot. We’ve tried different numbers. This works really good. And you will see by tomorrow how quick you you increase and also how much encouragement you actually have for your fella sprayer.
