I put myself in Minecraft. First, I filmed myself running. Then I tracked the footage so I can stick a plane to it, and it’ll move with the camera movement. Then I put in a 3D object of a Minecraft cube and put this wherever my footsteps were. Then I cut myself out so the video of me would be in front of the cubes. So now the cut out of me is going on top of the 3D cube. Oops. Next, I dropped in another 3D object of an entire village of Minecraft. So this will be the background, and it will move in relation to our moving camera. So this is all the different pieces. And then when you put it together, you get this result. And that’s how
