Okay so the first mod for the campervan build is some Jaguar XE seats. Don’t worry about the mess cause we’ve got the car cleaning guy coming over, he’s gonna steam clean them, get them looking brand new again. So if you’re based in the Essex or surrounding areas and need any detailing done, make sure you hit up Connor as with the correct products and the know how he got these seats from this condition into this. So again a massive thank you to Connor and I’ll leave his links in the description. Now they’re all clean, let’s get them fitted. The only thing that isn’t mechanical about these seats the reclining. So we had to buzz out the wires and test it on a battery and luckily we found them. Let me know if you’ve ever seen a Citroen Relay with Jaguar seats as I’ve done quite a bit of research and I’m pretty certain that I’m the only one that’s done this. So I’m just installing the short seat base and swivel to the chair so that I can fit it in the car and wow, what a difference these seats have made. So the Jaguar seats are finally in all mounted up? Believe it or not they lined up with the existing holes for the Fiat seat so I’ve had an absolute I can’t believe how lucky I got with installing these. It must have been someone who’s done this before.
