Here’s part three of finding our perfect apartment in LA. Okay, so you guys really didn’t like the concrete floors in the last apartment. This third spot we toured is enlargement. Again, as soon as you walk in, the kitchen’s to your left, and they have a huge dining and living room area. And this one had a balcony, but it was a little wonky because it was big, but you’re kind of limited on what you can do out there. And a washer dryer, of course. Oh, this is a two bedroom and two and a half bath. So this half bath is out here. And someone left us a little surprise. It wasn’t a number two. Thank god. This is the master bedroom. I love the bathroom in here. The dual sinks, the mirror with the light. Me checking the lighting. I could film get ready with me’s in here. The closet space in the master was actually pretty spacious. Love the built in drawers. This is the second bedroom, which would be converted to an office. This also had an attached bathroom. I just noticed this right now, but there’s a lot of millennial gray in this apartment, um, which I’m not loving, but we’ll see. This is the closet for the second bedroom. It’s more like a wardrobe, but, you know, it’s. It’s fine. Does anyone else love just opening things when they’re apartment touring? I just wanna make sure it works. I love that the Spot is really spacious. It had enough storage. It had two and a half bathrooms. But one thing that was not great about this place is that they did not have a gym. That wasn’t in our non negotiables in the beginning, but now I feel like we kind of need it. What do you guys think? How do you rank this amongst the ones we’ve toured? Let us know in the comments. Okay, bye.
