Popular fragrances that I hate the most. Number one is YSL LA Male Elixir. That just stuff does not smell good to me. The best way I can explain why I don’t like it is that it smells like a fragrance that wasn’t finished in its development. Like they just were halfway done with it and then they just released it. It just smells incomplete. It’s really screechy. It’s so synthetic. I absolutely hate it. Number two is the majority of the bond fragrances now. Bond fragrances have this weird musky synthetic smell to them that I just can’t get over. This is especially prominent in fragrances like Greenwich Village, Beekman Place, the entire Dubai collection, and scent of peace. Those fragrances specifically just have that weird musky smell that’s so prominent that I just can’t get over it. And their brand is so trashy anyway. That Naxos for sure has to be there. For some reason I just can’t get over the way it smells. Of course many of you guys know that my least favourite fragrance note is lavender, and Naxos just smells like the notes are completely like in different levels of each other, doesn’t smell like a complete rounded fragrance, and it just ruins the experience for me. I don’t understand why it’s so popular. And then finally we have Louis Vuitton’s Ombre Nomad. Ombre Nomad just stinks, plain and simple. I do not know how I got past the green light to be able to Release for a brand like Louis Vuitton. It’s so screechy, and it’s just in your nose, it’s in your face. It does not. It is not something that I would expect for the level of a brand who values their position in the market as much as a brand like Louis Vuitton does. And of course, the notes don’t really work well together for me. It just smells like a stinky, screechy mess. And the worst part is that it has amazing longevity, so it’ll just stay there and stinking up a whole room. I’ve never gotten a compliment from Ombre Nomad from wearing it, and I’ve had multiple samples and I’ve wear tested it probably like 20 times. So what are your guys’s most hated fragrances? Now, this is just an opinion based list. Don’t take this as the rule of law. If you love these fragrances, good for you. I wish I loved every fragrance, but sometimes there are just things and fragrances that I can’t get over, and these are some that have those qualities where it just stinks to me.
