What’s crack, everyone? Hope you’re all keeping very well. So I am at the John Hugh bar. I’m here not just for the lovely boundary paints you can get in here, but Frankie’s Lasagna, which were formerly based in trademark and have actually opened up their kitchen here. So I was kindly invited, uh, by the guys of Frankie’s to go to their soft launch here. Okay, so, um, they’re actually open up, uh, tomorrow, which is Wednesday. And that’s, uh, Wednesday, August 28th. And they’re gonna be open, uh, Wednesday to Saturday, every week until 8:00 from 7:48. I’m gonna take you along, um, show you what they’re all about. It’s sort of a really good, like, Italian and Italian American style food. So cannot wait. So we’ve given, like, a tasters sort of a menu things. So this is the carbonara arancini. And I would be given crispy mozzarella sticks with hot honey as well. Got some garlic bread here, obviously. Definitely that apple, some mozzarella sticks. Gonna give a little cheese pull here. Downright. Obviously, I’ll call Frankie’s lasagna area for no reason. So here’s the. The main course here for us. So lasagna, nice sort of tomatoey sauce and. But their house made pasta as well. And of course, for dessert, we have the famous tiramisu. Right. The mozzarella sticks. I am a sucker for mozzarella sticks. And that cheese ball that you saw. Amazing. So as of this video, um, they’re launching tomorrow, which is Wednesday. August 28th, and they’re gonna be here every week from Wednesday to Saturday, 12 to eight PM.
