This is the only Las Vegas restaurant to ever receive three Michelin stars. Welcome to Joel Robuchon, the namesake restaurant by the iconic French chef. Started the experience with two different cocktails, then the most insane bread service. Never seen so many bread options available at a restaurant. The tasting menu begins with oscietra caviar, a top lobster in a crustacean gillete, two different versions of tomatoes, a ricover with shaved foie Gras, and langoustine wrapped in zucchini in a turmeric emulsion. Next we have poached main lobster, salmon confit in a tomato dashi broth, spit roasted duck with five spices and sour cherries, and braised beef cheeks with red miso, eggplant caviar and potato puree. Then for dessert, Harry’s Berry Sorbet with basil granita, the beautiful smooth hazelnut milk chocolate cremeux and praline ice cream. And the finale, this wild dessert cart where you can choose as many little items as you’d like. Overall, I enjoyed the experience here, but this is the most expensive tasting menu I’ve ever had. I I will say I’ve had better meals with cheaper price points at other Michelin starred restaurants. But I do think it’s worth a visit if you’re looking for an ultra fine dining experience in Vegas.
