Quick and Delicious Kid-Friendly Meals: French Toast Bites, Protein-Packed Mac and Cheese, & Mini Chicken Pot Pies

Three quick meals you can make for your kids when you don’t have a lot of time. For the first one, I made these French toast bites. Just mix some eggs with some maple syrup and milk. I usually use French bread for this. Sprinkle some cinnamon on there before putting them in the air fryer at 3:50 for about 10 minutes. My kids love this Mac and cheese. I love that it has plant based protein. Whenever I make their Mac and cheese I try to add some stuff to it. When in doubt, they’ll always eat the apple chicken sausage. I also added broccoli to this one. Give it a good shake and you have the easiest lunch ever. For the last one I made mini chicken pot pies. I added a cut up rotisserie chicken, cream of chicken soup, and some frozen vegetables. Added the dough to these muffin tins. Then you just wanna add the filling to each one. I bake these according to the dough package and then I cut them up so they’re easy for the kids to eat.
