Challenges of Amazon FBA: Finding Products, Mastering Advertising, and Navigating Inventory Management

The three most difficult parts of building an Amazon FBA business. Number one is going to be finding a product. This definitely takes people the most time and is where you’re going to second guess yourself the most. Because what if it’s good? What if it’s bad? The only way you’re gonna know is if you launch it. Obviously, there’s a certain criteria that you look for, and if it meets that criteria, just try it. 2 is learning advertising. This is where I see a lot of questions pop up, because you don’t really know how to advertise effectively, how to scale, which strategy to choose. The only way that you get better at advertising is by doing it. And three, and the most surprising one for most people is inventory management. Because especially if your product does really well, managing inventory, managing cash flow around the inventory is very, very difficult.
