Movie Mail Haul: Unboxing Exciting Film Packages from Warner Brothers, Kino Lorber, and Sony Pictures

I got some wonderful movie packages in the mail today. Let’s waste no more time and start opening up one of these two fedexes. Let’s do this one. I just really want to let one rip. Oh! Out now from Warner Brothers, we have the 4K of the watchers. This looks very intriguing to me when I saw the trailer. It’s also directed by M. Night Shyamalan’s daughter. That has me very intrigued as well. I’ll save the other FedEx for last. Let’s go to this big honky guy right here. Looks like this package is from Kino Lorber, and it’s a heavy one. Looks like I have quite the stack to talk about today. First up, we have John Travolta in chains of gold. The main thing that made me want to watch this movie is that it stars a baby Joey Lawrence, and he’s a drug addict. Uh, yes. Sign me up. Out September 17th, we have film noir, The Dark Side of Cinema 20. This is a nice box set of three films. We got Captain Carrie, USA, appointment with danger, and make haste to live. And looks like we have a couple TV shows as well. First off, we have the complete series of Call My Agent. And out September 10th, we have seasons one through three of Arctic Circle. Now let’s open up the other box from Sony Pictures. Out meow, we have the Garfield movie on Blu ray. I wanted to see this in theaters. My Girls really wanted to watch it as well. Cannot wait to watch it at home. There’s a lot of extras on this sucker too. And last but not least, it’s time to get to Ripping. Man, that’s clean like butter, baby. Out now we have Watchmen Chapter 1 on glorious 4K! I was a big fan of the Zack Snyder movie. Cannot wait to check out the animated version.
