One of the most amazing things, um, about my birthday weekend was being able to personally sign my sister’s books. I typically, when it comes to these, I always try to leave a really nice message, but sometimes it can get really overwhelming when you don’t know the people. One thing that I can say is that I have truly enjoyed getting to know jazz, the booktok rookie. That’s what you guys call her, but to me, that’s my jazzy. That’s my sister. That’s my best friend. This was one of those moments that kind of was really surreal for me also, because even though I’ve been an author for years, it’s something about signing these personal messages that brings it full circle to me. So thank you, everybody, for the support and the love, and I can’t wait to continue to do this and for you guys to do it with me.
