Just outside of Trent, New Jersey, in Robbinsville, is a place called Papa’s Tomato Pies. They’re legendary. And on top of making a very good tomato pie, they also do a mustard pizza, which I’ve never seen before. Crust goes down first, then a swirl of brown mustard, then the cheese, then the tomato sauce. And I know it doesn’t sound that great on the surface, but it’s something that you have to try. So, Ian, put a pin in this one. You gotta try it.
