Well, what if a buyer comes to an open house and they absolutely love it? They fall in love with the house and they want it, and they talk to the listing agent, and the listing agents like. Well, offers are due the following Monday, and a buyer doesn’t want to wait till the following Monday. They want to buy the house. They have all cash. They want it now. Well, as a buyer, you are more than welcome to submit an offer anytime, and a seller could actually accept an offer at any time, even though they have said that they are going to wait to receive all offers. However, don’t be surprised if that’s the route you want to take. The seller comes back and says, basically, we’re going to go with what we plan to do, and you can submit your offer, but you’re not going to hear back from us until we see all the offers.
