5 Essential Free Websites for Teachers: From Canva to Miss Prici ICT

Here are five free websites that I use all the time as a teacher. No. 1 is Canva. I use this one daily whether it’s for a news making resources, slideshows and even my students use it for posters. If you’re a teacher, you can actually upgrade to Pro for free which I highly recommend. No.2 is Classroom Screen. This has been a lifesaver for my class. It is basically an interactive whiteboard and you can have the daily schedule, a timer, notes, your canvas, slideshows, photos or whatever you need up. It has had such a positive impact on my classroom and it has made my students really self manageable. No.3 is brisk teaching. This is an awesome AI tool to add to your Chrome. It allows you to open up say a Google DOC and create a lesson plan or a rubric and you can also use it to help give feedback or next steps on a student’s piece of writing. No.4 is top teacher. This is a new one for me but I found some great freebies available including interactive games and some worksheets for a range of different levels and you can upgrade for more as well. And my last one, No. 5 is Miss Prici ICT. This is another fabulous website that has a bunch of great freebies as well as paid resources. But some of the freebies include planners and activities and there’s always new ones being put up.
