Exciting Adventures in ST. John: A Travel Diary

Travel with me to ST. John, I think this is the most excited I’ve ever been to go on a trip. Like, I am so excited to go here. I’ve been wanting to go for a really long time. Shut up at the airport looking like a lemon slay. And I over packed, obviously. Like, I’m just a girl. I don’t know what to tell you. We’re gone for four nights and five days, and I honestly feel like that’s the perfect amount of time to be gone, because we get so homesick and we start to really miss our animals. If there’s one thing about me, it’s I am not about to get that travel acne, okay? Absolutely not. I just spray my face with hydrochloric acid, I think it’s called. Always mid flight. And then once I land, just to check my face and disinfect it from the gross. Airplane air landed in Miami for a connecting flight and we got some Chinese food. This is literally like 10 o’clock in the morning, but this is the only thing that was open. And it tasted good, but I literally had to run to the bathroom straight away after. Got on the next flight. Ate a whole bag of Cheez its. Josh actually wasn’t sitting next to me during this flight, so. So I was kind of lonely. But look at that water, you guys. I could drink that. Like if I could jump off this plane, Into that water I would have. Thank gosh. It’s only like a two and a half, three hour flight, so we got there pretty quickly. And this time of year in ST. Thomas and ST. John, it is way more humid than it is in Florida, so I was dying. Taxi over to the ferry. We met some really nice locals who gave us some really nice tip for the area. We docked and then we went and we grabbed our rental car and this was the most anxious, I think I’ve ever been to get in a car and drive. Josh was driving and you drive on the opposite side of the road. Literally felt like I had vertigo. Like, I’m not even joking. It was so weird. We arrived at the villa, but there was actually a bat in our room, so I didn’t film this until the morning once we got it out and we ended up just crashing right away. Look how stunning it is, you guys. I could literally live here. It is beautiful. It’s very like jungly vibes and then the ocean looks insane. I’m so excited to jump in the water today. But we just had morning tea and coffee out here and watch the sunrise and it was beautiful. But yeah, I’ll keep you updated on the trip. Bye.
