Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere: A Day in the Life of a Plaza Restaurant Owner

Some people are scared when I do this. I own two restaurants in the same plaza. So I’m gonna make sure I’m gonna take all the people that don’t know where they’re going to take them either to a Greek restaurant or in a Mexican restaurant. Right now at the Mexican restaurant, we are closed because we have a private event. So now if I see people looking around, I’m gonna send them upstairs. Hello, gentlemen. I think they know where they going. I was gonna take him upstairs. Hey, guys, what’s up? Telling them to go to Oppa. They say they’re gonna go that, that way for another walk. And then I go back there. Yeah, that’s good. Good job. I like to see smiling faces. Look at. Look at them now. I smile too. All the time. Smiles all the time. If you don’t smile, I’m gonna start push UPS. I do that every night. I’m gonna make sure my restaurants are good. We do have a lot of competition. Gonna have a lot more competition coming up in a month. We gotta make sure. See that bartender? Now, he sent other people upstairs. He saw me doing that and he goes, you know my boss doing that, I’m gonna do that too. Now let’s go from the front, cause if we see anybody walking around, we’ll send them upstairs. How was everything? You guys had a good time? Thank you. Have a good night. Thank you. Hi, How are you? How are you, sir? Good to see you.
