Do you like using transformations in Black Myth, Wukong, but hate how little time you have to spend in, well, that transformation? But what if I told you there was an item in the game that actually let you, well, stay in the transformation for longer? And that item being called the Snow Fox brush, let me show you how to go ahead and get it, because it’s a really simple quest. In Chapter 3, once you’ve made your way to the forest of Felicity in the valley of ecstasy, there’s going to be a corpse with a fox skin draped around it at the start of the gate where the shrine is. Walking over to the corpse and talking with it will start a dialogue option with the fox skin. It still has its spirit trapped there and unable to move on into the next world. He tasks you with going and finding his killer, being a monk that is now studying at the Thunderclap Temple. But there is one stipulation. You have to do it as the fox itself. So it’s gonna go ahead and give you a key item in your inventory called the Snow Fox brush. We won’t be needing the item until a specific part, but you can use it freely whenever you want. Next place we’re gonna Wanna go is the temple entrance of the new Thunderclap temple. Now, you’re not gonna be able to get here until you’ve beaten the story. Boss, Captain Calpurnia Wave, which we’ve already talked about in a previous video. Continuing on the path that’s being shown on screen, there’s gonna be a few stairs and a few mobs that you need to go past. Don’t worry about them. You’re gonna see a staircase to your left. Go through that and then go through another temple. There’s gonna be another small staircase on your right. Go up that, dodge the enemies and going up out through the doorway and up another staircase. There was a lot. Now here is where you’re gonna need the snow fox brush. This is gonna turn you into the fox that’s gonna be used in the next cutscene. As you push in, there will be a cutscene that plays where the monkeys like, oh my goodness, it’s the fox that I slayed all those years ago. How are you still here haunting me? After the cutscene plays, there’s gonna be a boss fight that happens. And he’s not the toughest boss, but I can see how you’d have trouble with him. I recommend using the mobilization spell and the pluck spell and just having your dummies beat up on him before he can go and teleport, cause he does a lot of teleporting with paper. After defeating the boss, not only will he drop his soul for, well, a transformation later on down the line that you can use freely, but now you can return back to the fox and tell it that, oh, Hey, you’ve been avenged. Now the fox is able to slip off into the afterlife peacefully. And it leaves you with this one thing, being this snow fox brush, a curio, which, well, gives you longer time in your transformations, which is amazing. So I hope you guys have enjoyed this tutorial. If there’s anything else you want to see, please do let me know in the comments below, and I’ll catch you guys later. Peace.
