what’s up I’m Adam Richman I’m in Temecula California and I know a place where everything from the pancakes to the barbecue will melt in your mouth the swing in right here on Front Street one of the owners of this establishment is legendary actor Dean Norris what’s going on brother good to see you good to see you yeah thanks for coming by you may remember him as Hank from Breaking Bad but now he has moved into not only brewing his legendary Schraderbrau but breathing brand new life into an establishment specializing in amazing local comfort food and top notch barbecue all right guys he’s hungry yes please me always chili Verde welcome back to um man versus food here nuevos rancheros broken egg yolk bad pastrami and Swiss smoked Turkey onion rings that could kick your ass really it’s a 24 hour cook it’s a 13 hour smoke and then they let it rest wrap it you know and rest overnight so that’s why we sometimes run out of this you can’t just go there and throw it on the grill and fire some up so you can see the two different muscles of the brisket it’s like and that’s how well it’s cooked you saw how it’s falling apart let’s test them into the pitmaster’s skill I need to see how this is made is the smoker on premises oh yeah may we see it yeah we absolutely this is Hank’s Tank the original tank I love it oh it’s massive it’s just super old for no gas no electricity is just knives some salt and pepper and some some wood that that’s all that’s in your rub yeah salt and pepper but you didn’t tell them their secret sauce salt pepper and a little bit of love ha ha ha ha I admit I was maybe expecting a little Apollo’s Hermanos throwback but I have to say it was incredibly delicious barbecue if you’re in Southern California do not miss the Swing Inn cheers cheers mmm
