Maximizing Your Campus Gym Workouts: A Guide to Getting Shredded in 30 Minutes or Less

Here’s how to get shredded and maximize time at your campus gym. Even though it looks like this and it literally takes 30 minutes to get a bench press, the first thing you want to do is get on the treadmill. It’s a great way to kill some time before stuff opens up and you burn a lot of calories while running. Next, get to the main floor, start stretching, and scope out that bench, and as soon as it opens up, go and get it. My workouts are gonna have to change this year, because personally, I’m a guy who supersets everything, but since it’s so crowded, I can’t take two machines and just hog everything. So what this means, instead instead of supersetting a main lift with another main lift, I’m gonna superset a main lift with some sort of variation of ABS, pull UPS, push UPS that I can do right next to the main lift station. And since you don’t need as much rest for push UPS, pull UPS, and ABS, you’re gonna burn more calories cause you can go right away. And that is gonna get you shredded.
