Esther’s Kitchen: A Delicious Journey Through Vegas Eats

Okay, Vegas, let’s try the infamous Esther’s Kitchen. We started out with their tour of butters, which is, like, eight different butters. Honestly, the pesto one was really my only favorite. These baked mussels were super yummy. They had bread crumbs on top. And this is what you have to get. These are almost like beignets stuffed with a Parmesan cheese wrapped in prosciutto. Ooh. 10 out of 10. Pizza was pretty good. This is where we really went downhill. These pastas were so far underseasoned, and my meatballs were kind of hard. And dessert was. It was okay.
