Leaving a festival in South Africa when, um, a man stopped me in the middle of the airport and, uh, shook my hand and told me that this would be the year that my life would start to change. Really? Just a stranger, just out of the blue. Just a stranger out of the blue, came, touched my hand, and was like, you were gonna have one of the best years of your life and 2024. It inspired me to finish it the way that I did. I would say between six and eight songs from the album came right after I met that man.
