Debating Dak Prescott vs Jalen Hurts: A Year and a Half of Comparison

This right here is a must. Listen. I’ve been trying to say the exact same thing for the last year and a half. Are we talking the player? We talking the team success? The player, sir, that’s. Of course, there’s nothing that Jalen Hurts does better than Dak Prescott at the quarterback spot. But the read option, he don’t throw better than them. He don’t throw with anticipation better than them. I mean, this dude was 5,000 yards last year, LED the NFL in touchdowns. But there’s nothing Jalen Hurts, except running the read option and maybe the push push that he does better than Dak Prescott. And I like Jalen Hurts, and Jalen Hurts is going to be a really good quarterback in this league. But that Prescott, at this point right now in the National Football League, does everything better than Jalen Hurts at that quarterback spot. I have been preaching this for the last year and a half, and you guys just can’t get it out your head that he’s a Dallas Cowboy, so you automatically don’t like him. Dak Prescott should have won MVP last year. I’ve been saying it since they announced Lamar Jackson as the MVP. If you’re gonna give it to a quarterback, it should have been Dak Prescott. You wanna bring up the fact that he doesn’t win the playoffs, that’s fine. That’s a team effort type of thing. If you’re looking at the just the quarterback position, Dak Prescott is as Elite as Josh Allen. And everybody loves them from Josh Allen for some reason. And I see no difference between the two. They both lose in the playoffs, don’t they? And when healthy, Dak Prescott has put up better numbers than Josh Allen.
