I made protein pancakes with only four ingredients, and I have over 25 grams of protein. I’m using Rise Vanilla Protein Powder, and I did equal parts that with pancake mix, and then I added a splash of milk and one egg. Rise Protein has zero added sugar, and I love how easily it mixes. It’s never clumpy like some others, and it tastes incredible mixed in with some pancake mix. And other moms may be able to relate to this, but ever since having my daughter, I’ve been putting my needs second. So sometimes, unintentionally, I’ll skip a meal because I’m so focused on making sure my daughter is taken care of. So, of course, I love rice protein for just a simple shake when I’m out and about.
