This is my tomato burrata, pepperoni pizza dip. So it’s just like your favorite pizza dip, but with burrata cheese. So of course it is better. Guys, mix us some cheese with some cream cheese. Get those tomatoes roasted up in a skillet until they burst. I love to use cherry tomatoes. Since it is summertime, you wanna add your cheese, and you wanna top that with some burrata cheese. Tons and tons of pepperoni. Guys, throw that all in the oven until that cheese is super, super melty. You wanna serve this up with some crostini for dipping. This is the cheesiest, yummiest pizza dip, you guys. And the pepperonis on top are perfection. Add some basil and it’s so good.
