So to do that, I’m going to raise my elbow up, point my thumb again into this armpit and turn the body. Now I can spin forward. Same thing on the other arm under, go ahead. Let me show you. Forward and go under my right armpit. But first I grab my hand under. Now I can spin here if I want to for a second, collect my bearings. Now I’m gonna go under my left armpit and collect myself for a second if needed. Oh, good. Now the full combo. Cuz you don’t want to just go one spend. We need to be putting it together.
