This is protein banana pudding. Here’s how you make it. One cup of yogurt goes into a bowl. I’m using Greek style. Add a shot of vanilla extract along with one scoop of protein of choice. I’m using the Flavor City Vanilla cream and give it a good mix up until it’s Uber creamy. Peel one banana, slice it into thin rounds. Have a Mason jar. Start off by crumbling some Graham crackers on the bottom layer. These are probably the only Bobby approved ones on the market. Layer banana slices on top, dollop over that creamy protein yogurt, and then repeat with more crushed up Graham crackers. Bananas and yogurt until you reach the top of the Mason jar.
