Mastering the WHO Format: Day Six of the Resume Glow Up Challenge

It is now day six of the resume Glow up challenge, which means it’s bullet point day after following along in the challenge. Now, we’ve got all of our key phrases from our job descriptions, and we’ve written down the work experience that we’d like to talk about for each one. So in order to go from this to this format, we’re going to use what’s called the WHO format. The WHO format stands for what did you do? How did you do it, and what was the outcome? This bottom bullet point here shows the format exactly. The what did you do? Is maintaining employee data security and confidentiality. Your how is while liaising with six different departments. And then the outcome is answering those benefit questions from 50 different employees. So I’ve been doing this for four years, so I know this formula like the back of my hand. So if you don’t have four years of experience and you’re struggling to learn this, I do have this resource available. It’s 1000 bullet points that I myself have written for past clients. You can access this today for free. So if you’re a person who learns from examples, I’m hoping a thousand is enough for you. And the good news is, today was the most difficult day. So from here, it should be smooth sailing. So be sure to follow along, and I will see you for the last four days.
