Journey of a Businesswoman: From Printer Woes to Customer Service Goals

What’s up, Lizzy Gang? So I am not a printer person. I hate dealing with printers. I hate printer problems, changing ink, paper, figuring out how to connect it, all it. I hate it. But surprisingly, this printer was a really easy setup. I literally just downloaded the app and I was able to print off my phone. So there’s my shipping labels. And I usually use like the sticky satin paper for the shipping labels, but I don’t have it. So I just use regular paper and cut them up for the shipping labels and all these customers whose orders that I’m packing right now, and they literally ordered that same day. So I was packing that orders to get ready to ship out for the morning time.

I’m not gonna lay y’all like since I was a teenager, y’all know I own hair salons, I had hair company, I saw everything literally, like I had Airbnb, all that stuff. Like it really has grown me as a businesswoman. Literally trial and error, like literally trust the process because I’ve been through so much with my business and I’m just trying to become a better business woman now. And I actually took a little minute off of, you know, running a business. I really took a little minute off because I had to rebrand myself. I had to rethink things. I had to put myself in a customer’s mind more, even though that’d be some ghetto nasty rule cloud chasing ass people. You can’t put yourself in that type of man. When you’re a businesswoman, you just gotta put yourself of an amount of a customer most, majority of the time. Because when you order something, you wanted to be quality and you wanted to confess. And we all know that most of these artists and influencers, customer service level is on a zero and I’m really not trying to give that. I’m really trying to give the best customer service and quality for everybody that’s supported me and making purchases for me. Cuz at the end of the day, y’all don’t have to do that. And I’m just so grateful and I’m in such a better space as a businesswoman. I wanna keep it that way, and I wanna keep driving and keep going and keep learning. And I’m not saying that I’m gonna be perfect, but I’m gonna do my best to deliver the best products and the best customer service. So thank you all for supporting. Why.
