From an iPhone to an S24 Ultra. Listen, as someone who’s only used iPhones for the past decade, the switch to the S24 Ultra has been refreshing. I find it to be very snappy and responsive. Not to mention the screen is just bad. Better in every single way. Battery life has been great, although I do keep it on low power mode all day. And the camera is really really good. The S pen is great for writing quick notes or in my case, editing photos in Lightroom. The integration with Phone Link allows me to not only send my files back and forth, but completely control the phone from my PC. I can say that the Samsung shines through as a premium device compared to other Android phones out there. Here’s the thing, apple gets simplicity right and social apps are way more stable on iOS. And even apps like notion give me bugs on Android. And I really wish there wasn’t so much bloatware on Samsung device. But there’s no doubt that the freedom on Android and premium devices like the S24 Ultra make the experience so much fun.
