Low Calorie Chicken and Cabbage Bowl with Fried Eggs and Japanese Barbecue Sauce

Whenever I’m cutting, this is one of my go to low calorie meals. This is for you, you little fatty. To start, I just slice up a little purple cabbage. Next, I just want to dice up a third of a yellow onion. I just leave it in the bigger chunk. Then I’ll weigh out 6 ounces of my pre cooked chicken breast, take it out the microwave and plate it up. Cabbage on one side, then I put onion on the other. Add your chicken breast. Oh, that’s hot. I don’t care if it looks aesthetic. It’s burning my hand. Then I want you to add on your two fried eggs. Grab your Kinder’s Japanese barbecue sauce and give that a good healthy drizzle. Top it off with some jalapenos, pair with your creatine, and you know what to do. Enjoy.
