Coinbase is in a situation we call “remote first.” So we do have offices in major cities around the world. If people want to go into offices because they appreciate the learning, development, social aspects of it. Or they just happen to not have a good place to work in their home. You know, people are in all kinds of different situations with family, or living in a single-bedroom apartment or whatever. So we wanna make sure we maintain offices for people where that’s the best place for them. We also wanna allow people to work from home. That’s been a really incredible, like, brand, talent differentiator for us to attract and retain the top people.
