Tyler Smith: The Future Best Guard in Football

ESPN had a list where they predicted the top 100 players in football, and they didn’t put all pro left guard Tyler Smith on this list. They’re predicting the top 100 players, not saying who the top 100 players are right now. And even if that was the case, if you left Tyler Smith off that list, that’s still an egregiously bad take. But saying that by the end of the season he won’t be a top 100 player in the league? That is ridiculous to me. If you’re telling me that this guy won’t be a top 100 player in the league this year, the only reason why I think you would say that is because you don’t know who he is. And if you don’t know who Tyler Smith is, and all pro left guard for the Dallas Cowboys, the biggest brand in football, that I. I can’t take your. Your football opinion seriously. I can’t. I’ll give you this opinion. Tyler Smith will be the best guard in football by the end of the season. That’s how I feel. Because name me a guard you can definitively say is better than Tyler Smith. We can have conversations and I might say, hey, you wanna know what? I’ll give you that guy over Tyler Smith. But there’s no way you can definitively tell me that somebody is a better guard than Tyler Smith. And I’m gonna say this. I think that Tyler Smith, in short order, is going To be the best player on the Cowboys in the next two or three years. And that includes Dak Prescott and Michael Parsons being on this football team. I really feel like that’s going to be the case. But Zach Martin was for this football team. Over the last seven years, where we said, yeah, there are. There are A lot of really talented skill player positions that get a little more publicity. Zack Martin was the best player on this football team. And that’s how I feel like it’s gonna be the case with Tyler Smith. This guy is special. He has physical traits that you just don’t see at that position quite often. And because of that, he’s going to be an all time great guard. I really feel like that about Tyler Smith.
