So here is a little sit to stand tip. We’re always coming back to the sit to stand cause it’s really important. So when you’re sitting on your couch or your chair, here’s what I suggest you do. Bring yourself to the edge of your chair and instead of trying to get up from here, you can just open the knees and I want you to lean forward. So now most of your body weight is forward and we’re just gonna push on the legs. So we’re gonna go here and we’re gonna use momentum and it’s a lot easier than trying to get up from here. So we’ll try that again. Come to the edge of your chair, lean forward, push on your legs and it’s almost a rocking motion and we’re gonna get up with a little momentum. Give it a try. I bet you’ll find it a lot easier.
