Duck-Stuffed Red Dates with Orange Marmalade and Thyme: A Flavorful Delight

Have you ever tried red dates? These have a sweet, slightly astringent flavor. I stuffed these with shredded confit duck mixed with an orange marmalade. The astringency was much less noticeable when the dates were cooked. I added a sprig of thyme on top, and I decided aesthetically, these would look better standing up on a piece of ginger.
