Terminator Zero: A Masterpiece of Modern Anime with a Classic 90s Twist

There’s nothing more perfect than being hyped for a show, and when that show finally comes out, it doesn’t suck. And far too often with so many shows and movies, it feels like that is often the case. But not with this show. No, not with Terminator Zero. Now, if you ask me what I’m doing this weekend, it’ll be this. Watching this show, I’m currently halfway through, and I feel like at this point in the series, I can confidently say it cooks. It more than cooks. I don’t even know if there’s a word that I think perfectly encapsulates how I feel about this show. So we’re just gonna go with cooks for now. One of the things I love so much about this show, outside of its incredible musical score, the intricate, complex plot, is that beautiful representation of what I consider to be classic 90s anime. I mean, when you’re watching the show and you’re seeing all of the characters and you’re looking around the environments, it very much feels like I’m watching a modern, souped up version of a 90s anime. And I just love the art style that they went within the show. Outside of that, just look at some of the people that are attached to this movie. They get Rosario Dawson, Timothy Elephant. Now, I knew this show was gonna be intense, I had no idea that each episode would leave me on the edge of my seat. So if you’re Asking what I’m doing this weekend. Watching Terminator Zero. What should you be doing this weekend? Watching Terminator Zero. Because believe me when I tell you, this show is just that good.
