Global Connections: Building Friendships and Memories on the Road

We’ve been travelling for over a year now and a lot of people ask us, do our children meet other children whilst we’re travelling? And yes, they do. And behind us we have met up with three different families from three different places. I’ve just had a lovely meal at the Hawker, the children are all playing together, running around and it’s just been a fantastic experience with sharing all of our travelling stories whilst eating amazing food as well. Now we’re finished, the kids are all over best friends, so they’re running around having some fun. They also are really well cultured, talking about their stories with each other and UK and from Yorkshire as well. So this is amazing to do this whilst travelling and you find that your roots. As you go round, you bump back into other families and little circles and you can actually arrange your travelling to meet back up with those people at certain points of your travelling. And this is what we have done and this has been a lovely evening now and we can reorganise in a couple of months to re background all together and do this again sometime.
