Here’s one full week’s worth of dinners for my family of four, starting the week off strong. On Sunday, we were feeling kind of fancy, so we busted out two sheet pans and had these bacon wrapped barbecue chicken tenders, along with some roasted broccoli and baked potatoes. Then Monday was a little less ambitious. We had these easy garlic bread French dips, and this one’s barely even a recipe, but they’re really good for how easy they are. And every time I do videos like this, there’s somebody in the comments keeping a veggie score. And if that’s you, there’s a salad back there. And that brings us to Taco Tuesday. And the weather was super nice, so we cooked outside on the griddle making one of my favorites from Taco Bell. These are just some simple burritos that have all the major necessities. Potatoes, beef, cheese, sour cream, and topped with a little hot sauce. And if you’re peeping the background for a veggie, there isn’t one back there, so you win that round. On Wednesday, we had some kind of record heat wave, which is not something our AC is built to keep up with. we busted out the Crock Pot for some easy barbecue chicken sandwiches. My wife and I have been making this one since college, but it still ends up on the menu at least once a month, and it’s always a big hit. And if you’re waiting around to get me on the Veggie for this one. I hate to disappoint you, but there’s another salad back there. Thursday was the first Missouri game of the year, so we celebrated with a little appetizer night, and I just smoked up some drumsticks, and we had an easy spinach and artichoke dip in the Crock Pot. Then on Friday, we were all cooked out, so we had a leftover slash fin for yourself night. But on Saturday morning, we did restock the freezer with one of my kids favorite breakfast. And if you made it this far, I hope you have a blessed Sunday and a great week. And make sure you stop in the comments and let me know which of these recipes you want to see first.
